- ItemPelas ondas da história oral na trajetória do professor José Carlos Sebe Bom Meihy(2018) MENEZES, Maria Cristina; PINHEIRO, Maria de LourdesThe presentation of the Dossier “Educational Heritage and Oral History: subjectivities and diversities in contemporaneity” announces, at first, the recognition of the organizers regarding the link with the Department's Oral History Studies Nucleus. of USP History, created by Professor José Carlos Sebe Bom Meihy, who somehow united them at different times. This time, Professors Andrea Paula dos Santos Oliveira Kamensky, Maria Lucia Mendes de Carvalho and Suzana Lopes Salgado Ribeiro are unanimous in affirming that the readings and theoretical references that guided and guide the choices for the academic trajectory they pursued when seeking Oral History , has as its starting point Professor Meihy, whose production based them on the development of research and academic practices.
- ItemLa actividad física de la comunidad rural: la YMCA en México durante la década de los años 20(2018) MOCTEZUMA, Lucia MartínezAfter the revolutionary movement of 1910 in Mexico, the Ministry of Public Education put into practice a series of educational projects oriented to the needs of the rural population. The Cultural Missions managed to bring together the whole community around a series of activities that, through the school, aimed at the physical and cultural development of children, women and men, with the holding of festivals and sporting events in which they combined dancing and singing with the practice of soccer, basketball, volleyball and baseball. The objective of this work is to account for these novel practices that show the implementation of an American model of physical development in the Mexican school, the Young Men's Christian Association YMCA, in which new strategies are implemented to integrate the rural community based on festive and sports proposals that also pointed to a discipline and administration of free time.
- ItemGuardar para não perder: a constituição dos acervos dos Centros de Memória da Educação Física nas universidades federais brasileiras(2018) MECEBO, Christiane Garcia; GOELLNER, Silvana VilodreThis article analyzes how the process of constitution of collections of ten memory centers of physical education in Brazilian federal universities took place. Its theoretical anchorage falls on Cultural History and for the production of sources an exploratory research was undertaken, visits were made and 36 Oral History interviews were produced. We can see that there is a predominance of textual and iconographic document supports. In half of CMs, the collection consists only of materials linked to its headquarters. Finally, we observe that there is the effort of people, groups and institutions that, in order to avoid loss, have used different strategies to gather, organize, conserve and give access to a documentary set that integrates the Physical Education heritage and related areas.
- ItemLas voces de una generación de maestros y maestras que defendían una escuela renovada, vasca y popular(2018) BALSERA, Pauli Dávila; GARMENDIA, Luis Maria NayaThe objective of this article is to explain the educational innovation from the recovery of the voices of the teaching profession, as part of the cultural heritage of the school. We have studied a generation of teachers over 65, with more than 30 years of experience and involved in educational innovation. We have conducted interviews, highlighting initial training, professional practice andlifelong learning, which have beenanalyzed by the Nvivo software.Among the results obtained we can highlight: 1) the involvement in a noewphenomenon supposed a change of theoretical-practical pedagogical perspectives, 2) this activity configured a network of teachers who shared the sameprofessional identity and differences depending on the type of school and 3) theaim of the pedagogical modernization was linked to the incorporation of the Basque language in schools, in the defense of populareducation.

- ItemPlazas Vecinales de Cultura Física/Plazas de Deportes. “Templos laicos” de la ciudad batllista de Montevideo (1911-1918)(2018) GARCÍA, Inés ScarlatoIt analyses the project “Squares Vecinales of Physical Culture” inaugurated in the year 1913 in Montevideo, led by the first President of the National Commission of Physical Education (CNEF), Juan Arturo Smith. It analyses his registration in the frame of the reformist politics that promotes the political sector led by José Batlle y Ordóñez during the first two decades of the 20th century, and the place of these squares like new “secular temples” in the projected city “batllista”. They stand out elements that pretended distinctive and superadores with regard to the Playgrounds North American as well as some of the influences received by the movement of Christian Associationsof North American Youngsters. It works with documents and records of session of the CNEF of his foundational period (1911-1918).
- ItemSobre o mundo dos e nos arquivos(2018) LINHALES, Meily AssbúThere are books that link us by title and this was one of them. I believe that my daily work as a collections coordinator at a Memory Center made this capture something sharper. No less important was a brief note about the book, released by Profa. Dr. Luciana Quillet Heymann, with whom I had the honor of carrying out my post-doctoral internship at CPDOC/FGV, between 2013-2014, investigating processes for organizing Teachers' Personal Archives. As soon as I got the book in hand, expectations were confirmed. It is a work suitable for everyone who spends a good part of their professional lives in the archives and in the weaving of the writing of history.

After 15 years of the law's implementation, the text will analyze the advances and setbacks and what still needs to be done for the referred Law to become effective in schools.
- ItemEducación y enseñanza en las tesis de graduación de la formación de los profesores de educación física en el Uruguay (1950 – 1954)(2018) DOGLIOTTI, PaolaThe work tackles the main discursivities around education and teaching in the graduation theses of the students in the career of physical education professor given in the Upper Institute of PhysicalEducation of Uruguay in the five first ears of 1950. It signals the potentiality of these sources for the historical study in the educational field. Like part of the circulation of ideas, theories and pedagogical practices that show the theses, its tackles the influence and local translation of the complex plot of psychological and philosophical currents that conformed the “New School”, and of the technicist curriculum perspective of Anglo-Saxon origin to the development of the pedagogical and didactic foundations of the physical education field.
- ItemProdução de documentação oral e preservação da memória do Colégio de Aplicação da Universidade Federal de Sergipe(2018) CONCEIÇÃO, Joaquim Tavares da; MONTEIRO, Rísia Rodrigues Silva; MELO, Rafaela Cravo deThis article presents a discussion about the results of the composition of a “History bank” which is formed by narratives from teachers that taught in Colégio de Aplicação da Universidade Federal de Sergipe, between 1959 and 1995. The research resorted to the oral history methodology, followed by a reflection about the production of preservationist sources, memories and actions from the educative historic heritage. 26 audiovisual interviews were collected and recorded and then turned into documents of the collection of the Research Documentation and Memory Center of Colégio de Aplicação, therefore, contributing to safeguard the institutional memory and promote the development of educative actions and researches.

- ItemNarrativas em rede: argumentos coletivos e histórias de vida na educação(2018) RIBEIRO, Suzana Lopes Salgado; OLIVEIRA, Patrícia Romana deThe article reflects on the concept of networking and its use in making oral historyas instrument to registrat a history of education and of educational heritage. By pointing out how networks form, it thinks about its organization, its arguments, its affectivities and its belongings. Moreover, the networks are pointed as more thanmethodological procedure, but as production of meanings and, therefore, important for the constitution of knowledge. The discussions derive from the tessitura of the networks of interviews of a masters research in Education. The study aimed at analyzing the identity construction of teachers in the extended day of elementary schools, considering the life histories narrated as documents, which give visibility to the perceptions of the research collaborators.

Its interaction with the heritage of the school is a widely documented experience that helps to better understand elements of the educational past such as emotions andforgetfulness. This article aims to present an activity carried out in the Museum/Laboratory of History of Education "Manuel Bartolomé Cossío" of the Complutense University of Madrid (Community of Madrid, Spain) in collaboration with the teaching innovation project "Tejiendo historia: la fotografía y el relato escolar como recursos para la formación histórico-educativa del alumnado de Magisterio” (Weaving stories: photography and the school story as resources for the educational-historical training of the teaching students) of the University of Valladolid (Castile and León, Spain), as well as reflecting on the possibilities it offers in the field of university didactics.

D. project entitled "The exercise of teaching in the inter cultural perspective of the Undergraduate Course for Indigenous Teachers of the University of Amazonas", aims to expose the work dynamics of a group of professorsthat faces the challenge of teaching confronting the continental Amazonian distances, and what has been learned in this academic relationship with traditional peoples. The stories of this study were obtained through interviews, transcribed and analyzedinthe light of the theoretical-methodological perspective of Oral History, which will help us to understand the rich and complex training process in which teachers are inserted, and to broaden the view towards a teaching practice still underrecognized.
- ItemFontes orais e as práticas de alfabetização no Grupo Escolar Bom Jesus de 1955 a 1971(2018) LIMA, Michelle Castro; AMARAL, Marco Antônio Franco; SANTOS, Sônia Maria dosTo study the practices of literacy is to go beyond the analysis of the didactic material used. This work is part of a research that searches in thememory of the teachers to build the history of literacy, from 1955 to 1971, in the Escolar Bom Jesus in Uberlândia -MG. We use as theoretical contribution the New Cultural History that brings new possibilities of research and sources. Thus, oral history is fundamental to the realization of this study, since it is from the voices of the literacy students themselves that we construct the history of literacy in the Bom Jesus School Group. We sought to identify who these literacy teachers were to understand what representations and appropriations they made in that period, and attempted to construct a part of the history of literacy in Uberlândia. The results reveal that the practices are loaded with values and representations that these professionals built and built throughout the primary teaching exercise.

It allows reflecting on the historical value of the objects, practices and representations present in the school space from a present-past dialogue. It also facilitates the construction of a collective memory that reinforces the social identity. In this text we will show the assembly process of a photographic exhibition in the field of the history of physical educationin Mexico that contributes to the rescue, study and diffusion of the practices and discourses embodied in the collective memory in the educational field, and as such,is part of the historical patrimony of education.

More specifically, it is intended to discuss research processes based on photographic collections that reveal aspects of the training practices of physical education teachers in both countries. As a result of this process of approximation and dialogue, the curatorial process and the conception of a photographic exhibition that seeks to explore the times, spaces and the selected practices present in the formation of future teachers of the schools and of the squares of games and sports.

With regular meetings in different debate forums, these authors and authors also highlight the fact that historical research on physical education in Latin America, in some way, tends to call them, too, for actions related to the organization. document collections and the formulation of memory preservation policies.

In its happiest realization I would say that, before being an oralist, I am a teacher; before becoming a teacher, I am a citizen and, I believe that is where I open the set of answers that address the question of passion.
