The report presented the pedagogical practices developed in Early Childhood Education and Non-Formal Education, as well as the development of actions in the field of professional training, such as lectures and conferences. That said, it was intended to contribute to research on Physical Education in the academic context, expand the debate on the role of children, adolescents, adults and the elderly in learning processes and enable reflection on the role of the game as knowledge cultural and as a mediator of pedagogical actions.
- ItemAcidente de trabalho como demanda de aprendizado(2016) FERNANDES, Marli Elisa Nascimento; RIBEIRO, Amanda Galindo; CAMILO, Maria Virgínia Righetti FernandesOccupational accidents as a demand for internship learning are important to the training of health professionals and constitute an understanding of the social factors that involve work. The aim of this study was to describe the social characterization of patients and their work relationships. This is an experience report from January to August 2015 using the records of 13 patients who suffered work accidents on weekends and were admitted to the hospital. Variables of the social profile and work relationships of these victims were raised. The analysis of this sample was carried out by frequency and descriptive. Most of the patients were male, married and in the productive age group, with a formal employment relationship. As for the types of work accidents, 54% occurred on the way, 46% during exercise, of which 38% of the injured seem to have had their rights violated for not having information about the accident report, while 62% had already been notified . The contributions of this study are inscribed in two dimensions: about working conditions in contemporary society and about learning about professional work. Working conditions cause health problems: work accidents that resulted in hospitalizations were mostly caused on the way to work, pointing to the risks of mobility and the conditions surrounding it.
- ItemAnálise da gestão da informação e do conhecimento na superintendência de administração de pessoal de uma instituição de ensino superior pública(2017) MARCHIORO, Keila Aparecida; SIMON, Lilian WrzesinskiThis article analyzes how information and knowledge management techniques are explored in the personnel administration sector of a public Higher Education Institution (HEI). The study carried out at the Superintendence of Personnel Administration (SUAPE) of the Federal University of Fronteira Sul (UFFS) uses a qualitative-quantitative approach, in a case study with a descriptive focus. The data collected through a structured questionnaire enabled the analysis of criteria such as: knowledge management, technology and information system, organizational processes, people management, learning and innovation. Based on the results, it is clear that there are already structured knowledge management practices, however, it is observed that the sector has some points that can still be explored with regard to the database and the retention and sharing of knowledge. When measuring the strengths and weaknesses about each criterion, among themselves, it is noted that technology, followed by organizational processes stand out positively, while learning and innovation followed by the criteria of knowledge management processes and people appear as points to be improved.
- ItemAnálise do conceito de “jeitinho brasileiro” como mecanismo de proveito e suas desvantagens sociais(2016) SOUZA, Melissa Cristina Forato; FERREIRA, Gisele NepomucenoThis article deals with a Brazilian cultural trait known as “jeitinho Brasileiro” or simply “jeitinho” and its interface with Public Administration. A survey of the existing literature in the databases of Portal Periódicos Capes, SciELO, Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) was carried out, using the following descriptors: “Brazilian knack”, “cultural traits”, “formalism”. Some positive points were pointed out by the authors as related to the practice of the knack, such as flexibility, creativity, among others. Some negative factors were also raised, such as the lack of objectivity and the individualistic character of the way. In general, it was understood that the knack can be considered a product of formalism and, when applied as a problem-solving mechanism, can characterize a violation of the principle of impersonality, as well as covering the root of the problems, since takes care of solving specific situations.

- ItemAs percepções de tutores de uma universidade federal a respeito de sua prática(2017) TONINI, Jefferson MunizThis study aims to identify and analyze the perceptions about the practice of tutors who work in distance courses offered by the Department of Distance Learning of the Federal University of Espírito Santo. Content Analysis (BARDIN, 1977) was used as a research tool to understand how teaching work is redefined in this educational modality, taking into account the peculiarities of pedagogical practice mediated in the virtual environment, which has as its basic characteristic the development of the teaching and learning process with the occupation of different space and time by teachers and students. For that, the research questions were posed in order to try to understand the imaginary of the study participants about tutoring, as well as the tutorial work process itself. In addition, aspects related to the approximation and distancing of the functions of the teacher and the tutor in the context of distance education investigated here were raised, which are based on the assumptions of the Open University System of Brazil, the skills needed to perform the tutorial functions , the potential and points for improvement. It was found, through the analysis of legislation and official documents, as well as from the speeches of the interviewed subjects, the teaching character of the tutor's activity in distance courses. - ItemCentral de Tradutores e Interpretes: a inclusão no ensino superior mediada pela Língua de Sinais(2016) ROSA, Andrea da Silva; ALVES, Claudio Moreira; SOUZA, Clóvis de; CONCEIÇÃO, Diego Henrique de Assis da; FERREIRA, LiliamThe Brazilian Sign Language Translators and Interpreters Center – TILS serves deaf students, initially enrolled in the postgraduate programs of the teaching and research units of UNICAMP. The creation of the TILS center is in line with the inclusion policy established by the official documents, which aims to recognize the linguistic difference of deaf people and through the mediation of the LIBRAS interpreter translator to provide favorable linguistic environments for students to take ownership of scientific knowledge in sign language, which is its natural language. In this direction, we aim to ensure that the university is a place of education for all, not only allowing the entrance of deaf people, but mainly offering conditions for their permanence. The main objective of Central TILS is to translate the classes for the regular students of the undergraduate and graduate courses at the University.
- ItemCertificação de métodos microbiológicos de diagnóstico do Laboratório de Controle Qualidade Sanitária do CEMIB/UNICAMP junto ao ICLAS(2016) MOREIRA, Josélia Cristina de Oliveira; DEMOLIN, Daniele Masselli Rodrigues; MINAGAWA, Clarice Yukari; SANTOS, Silvio Rogério Cardoso dos; ANDRADE, Lenira Aparecida Guaraldo de; SILVA, Euma Cunha Ramos; GILIOLI, RovilsonThe international program “ICLAS Animal Quality Network” was developed in 2007 with the aim of improving the quality of animals used in scientific research. Thus, the “Performance Evaluation Program (PEP)” was created to assist diagnostic laboratories in assessing the sensitivity and specificity of laboratory tests. The program has 22 participants worldwide and in South America only the Laboratory of Sanitary Quality Control of CEMIB/UNICAMP is part of this group. Twenty “blind” biological samples were received, consisting of: bacterial cultures isolated from the intestinal tract, fluid and vagina; mouse feces; lung and spleen homogenate; 5 rat sera and 5 mouse sera. For bacteriological diagnosis, enrichment and selective-differential culture media were used. Sera were tested by Indirect Immunofluorescence for 16 viral antigens and tissue samples by PCR and RT-PCR. Of the 20 samples, the laboratory correctly identified 17 of them, which corresponds to 89.4% of diagnostic compatibility. The bacteria identified were: Klebisiella oxytoca, Streptococcus agalactiae, Stenotrophomonas malthophilia, Staphylococcus sciuri and Mycoplasma pulmonis. The sera showed antibodies against: Reovirus-3, mouse minute virus, Mycoplasma pulmonis, murine Hepatitis virus, Sendai virus, Rat coronavirus, Rat Theilovirus and Adenovirus. Of these sera 2 were negative. Molecular analyzes of lung and spleen homogenate showed positivity for murine Pneumocystis and Parvovirus, respectively. This first screening was important to evaluate the adopted methodologies and detect possible problems related to the methods used in the process, ensuring the certification of the quality of the diagnosis offered by the laboratory to the scientific community.
- ItemDo cuidar com tecnologia à tecnologia do cuidado(2016) NUNES, Wilma AparecidaTechnology has expanded man's life possibilities and the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a sophisticated assistance center that reflects the potential of the technique. This study aimed to detect the effects of the use of technology in the process of caring for critically ill patients. To achieve this goal, it was decided to develop a qualitative work, using interviews. The reflections emerged from analyzes carried out from the nurses' discourse, interpreted in the light of a theoretical framework based on Michel Foucault's thought. The analysis, based on knowledge/power relationships, reveals the actions of nurses who develop skills applied under conditions carefully controlled by the "disciplinary power" installed in the hospital, a fact that contributes to establishing the profile of professionals who work at the forefront of a profession , whose essence is characterized by the care process. It was found in this investigation that nurses are concerned with the repercussions of the indiscriminate use of these “machines”, which are necessary to monitor numerous variables and maintain life; as well as the effects of this technology on the nurse/patient interaction.
- ItemDocência universitária integradora: saberes e práticas compartilhadas na licenciatura em Biologia da UFRB(2017) GARCIA, Rosineide Pereira Mubarack; SILVA, Neilton daCarrying out integrative experiences within the scope of university education constitutes a qualified strategy for training professionals, through shared pedagogical actions that, in addition to favoring learning, involve the academic community. Initiatives of this nature contribute to minimizing pedagogical loneliness among peers, and put university professors in tune with the social dynamics and with the profile of professionals and citizens demanded by contemporary society, as they have the knowledge and attitudes necessary to transform it. In this sense, the aim of this professional experience report was to socialize an integrated formative practice - artistic-cultural expression, teaching, research and extension - carried out with students of the Licentiate Degree in Biology at the Center for Agricultural, Environmental and Biological Sciences (CCAAB) from the Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia (UFRB) from dialogues with authors such as Garcia (2013), Santos (2011), Barbier (2007), Tardif (2008), Freire (1996), among others. The methodological references adopted in the pedagogical activities developed were based on the principles of collaborative research and theoretical approaches anchored in a dialogic perspective, involving teachers of the curricular components Organization of Brazilian Education and Public Policies; Assessment and Education, and fourth semester students of the mentioned course. The results of the actions undertaken showed that academic integration is possible and that the professional experience of teaching in a collaborative and innovative way expands the individual and collective learning process, as well as contributing to the personal, academic and professional training of undergraduates, teachers of higher education and Basic Education.

- ItemEnsino do Braille: estratégias de leitura(2017) MENDES, Fátima Aparecida GonçalvesThis study reports the importance of Braille for people who have lost their sight and how significant reading is in their learning process. Simultaneously, it presents the trajectory of a professional in teaching Braille. The lack of reading habits is common to a large portion of the population, including people with visual impairments. The Reading Project was born from some studies (partial results presented in a symposium) carried out in a rehabilitation center, having started with two apprentices and, later, with the others, who also chose to learn Braille. Based on these studies, investments began to be made in the collection of books in Braille and to use strategies to increase interest in reading. All subjects aged over 12 years who are part of a rehabilitation program for learning Braille between 2009 and 2015 participated in this study. A qualitative study was carried out and observation records were used during the consultations. , reports on the learning and interaction process between the researcher and the subject and joint discussion of the results obtained in the consultations. There was an increase in the number of loans of books in Braille in the collection of the rehabilitation center and improvement in the writing of the apprentices. The reading strategies used were properly applied and were successful. Learning to read and write brought positive changes in these learners' lives. It is important to create public policies for the production of books and materials in Braille.
- ItemEntre a teoria e a prática: construindo caminhos e possibilidades de trabalho na creche(2016) OLIVEIRA, Carla; PECCIN, Luciene AlvesTo present a little bit about the work developed in the Health Area Nursery (CAS) building possibilities of action in which theory and practice walk together towards the integral development of children is the main objective of this article. Therefore, we present a brief history of the origin of day care centers in Brazil at the end of the 19th century, considering the theoretical conceptions by which the day care center, as an institution dedicated to the care of young children, has progressed to the present day, in which it is part of Education National Basic. We also highlight some of the currently important national publications that support the practice in early childhood education, and, finally, two reports of experiences within CAS exemplify a little about our conception and experience in which we seek work with increasing quality for children .
- ItemEntrevista: José Tadeu Jorge fala sobre sistema educacional brasileiro(2016) JORGE, José Tadeu; PAULA, Maria Alice Cruz deChildren aged 4 years must be enrolled in a school since the opening of the 2016 school year, according to the Basic Guidelines Law (LDB), but is Education prepared to receive them? One of the important aspects to ensure the quality of teaching throughout the academic life of these new students is the broad understanding of the Brazilian educational system, which still holds some mysteries for society and even for professionals who are daily dedicated to the job of teaching. For the dean of UNICAMP, José Tadeu Jorge, the system should be understood as a whole, and not as separate stages, without forgetting that this whole starts in kindergarten. One of the necessary changes, for Tadeu Jorge, is to improve Brazilian early childhood education, which, according to the dean, should serve as a foundation for a person's entire academic trajectory. For Tadeu Jorge, the first steps in educational training must be motivated by a highly qualified structure that has the child as a social actor and not only a welfare vision in which the child system was created for fathers and mothers to "accommodate" their children while they are dedicated to work routine. In an interview with Revista Saberes Universitários, the dean analyzes the behavior of society, professionals in the area and the government in relation to the current education system and recalls that the universalization of secondary education, also implemented in 2016, must be allied to a proposal for improvement of quality.
- ItemEntrevista: Rosemeire Desidério fala sobre a profissão de intérprete de LIBRAS(2017) DESIDÉRIO, Rosemeire Aparecida Antunes; PAULA, Maria Alice da CruzThe recognition of the LIBRAS interpreter profession in 2010 mobilized many Brazilian universities in the search for professionals able to mediate communication between deaf teachers and students in the classroom. However, the hiring, as well as the training of these professionals, requires care and criteria that, if respected, will be the voice of the deaf in the transmission of the content of the classes, but, once not respected, can harm learning or teacher training. and other professionals. For Rosemeire Desidério, LIBRAS instructor at the Gabriel Porto Center for Studies and Research in Rehabilitation (CEPRE), the recognition of the translator/interpreter is one of the greatest achievements in the struggle for academic and academic inclusion, but with the requirement, many schools hire trained professionals in courses with insufficient time to meet the needs of deaf students. “The school and the university need competent translators/interpreters. In addition to transmitting the knowledge passed on by the teacher, they are also the active voice of the deaf person. There are cases of families that file resources against the school, for not hiring translators/interpreters for their deaf children, even,” notes Rosemeire.
