- ItemAnálise do conceito de “jeitinho brasileiro” como mecanismo de proveito e suas desvantagens sociais(2016) SOUZA, Melissa Cristina Forato; FERREIRA, Gisele NepomucenoThis article deals with a Brazilian cultural trait known as “jeitinho Brasileiro” or simply “jeitinho” and its interface with Public Administration. The objective was to confront the views of different authors who have already dealt with the subject and try to understand if the way could be considered a valid and acceptable solution for problem solving within Public Management or if, on the contrary, it could be configured as a violation of one of the principles of Public Administration, that of impersonality. A survey of the existing literature in the databases of Portal Periódicos Capes, SciELO, Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) was carried out, using the following descriptors: “Brazilian knack”, “cultural traits”, “formalism”. Some positive points were pointed out by the authors as related to the practice of the knack, such as flexibility, creativity, among others. Some negative factors were also raised, such as the lack of objectivity and the individualistic character of the way. In general, it was understood that the knack can be considered a product of formalism and, when applied as a problem-solving mechanism, can characterize a violation of the principle of impersonality, as well as covering the root of the problems, since takes care of solving specific situations.
- ItemLean healthcare modelo de gestão para projeto piloto no Ambulatório de Neurologia / AVC(2016) ROMEU-SILVA, Sonia Neves; SPAGNOL, Gabriela Salim; Li, Min LiLean Thinking brings the possibility of building a health system whose processes focus on the patient, based on respect for people, with continuous improvement through the elimination of waste. Thus, problems are seen as opportunities for improvement, changing the culture of the entire organization. Based on a vision focused on Lean Management, those responsible for the Neurovascular Outpatient Clinic of the Hospital de Clínicas da Unicamp structured a multidisciplinary group to start an improvement project, with the application of SWOT, A3 planning and rapid improvement events. As the tools were applied, the myriad problems turned into a clear and simple plan for the team to follow. By bringing together factors such as qualified and engaged professionals, autonomy and guidance to identify opportunities for improvement, together with proposals for solutions built as a team, the project had the potential to link the principles of organization and administration with excellence in clinical care, further raising the quality of services provided by the University. This project report covers the period between April and December 2015, with the intention of continuing the implementation of Lean Healthcare. It is important to emphasize that it is not just about applying tools. Changes in the way of thinking, when perceiving problems as opportunities for improvement, will inevitably bring about a change in the logic of the processes. Thus, the focus of the work will be on what really matters: the patient.
- ItemVivenciando a arte e a criatividade na instituição: oficina de pintura(2016) ANTONELLI, Márcia Cristina QuaiattiArt making enables both social reintegration and personal experience. The exercise of creativity allows the development of the individual's mental and emotional process, providing a broader view of the world, making decisions in the most varied situations in life. The method took place through art workshops – abstract painting – spatulate with activities developed in groups of 15 people. Participants used 70 x 90 cm panels to support the creation of the works. The materials used were brushes, spatulas, dimensional acrylic in black and white colors and acrylic paint in primary colors, white and black. It was observed that each participant at the end of the process found unique characteristics in the act of creating. On the screens, we do not observe concrete and defined images, being the observer who interprets the creation of each one as he wishes. In abstract art, the spectator also becomes a creator, as the work is interpreted with the subjective elements of the observer and not the creator. The end result is canvases with distinct lines, movements and colors, each with its grace and enchantment; pleasing to the eyes of observers. According to participants, these are moments of relaxation and relaxation. There is a pleasurable interaction with co-workers, in which the individual forgets about everyday problems and exercises his psychic well-being and anti-stress. This positive action effectively contributes to people's Quality of Life and it is extremely important that such workshops continue to take place.
