Abstract
Este texto focaliza a política de inclusão de crianças com deficiência na Educação Infantil, a partir da Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988. Nesse sentido, apresenta a trajetória legislativa desta etapa de ensino, indicadores de matrículas e resultados de pesquisas sobre a temática.
This text focuses on the inclusion policy of children with disabilities in Early Childhood Education, from the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988. In this sense, it presents the legislative trajectory of this education stage, indicators of enrollments and results of researches on the theme.
