América latina: políticas educacionais no Equador

Abstract

Este trabalho tem o objetivo de contemplar os resultados de reflexões sobre as políticas educacionais na América Latina, com recorte no Equador, observando sua caracterização geopolítica e econômica, e suas políticas educacionais nesse contexto. Contempla-se, ainda, a temática das políticas educacionais, com recorte na legislação. O sistema educacional é considerado um sistema social complexo, devido à pluralidade de finalidades e modalidades de regulação que apresenta, em função da diversidade de atores envolvidos, cada qual com suas opiniões e interesses. Com isso, pode-se considerar que o equilíbrio e o funcionamento desse sistema acontecem por uma interação dos dispositivos reguladores, e não pela aplicação linear de normas, regras e orientações vindas do poder público.This work aims to contemplate the results of reflections on educational policies in Latin America, with cutout in Ecuador, watching his characterization geopolitical and economic and educational policies in this context. The educational systemis considered a complex social system, dueto the plurality of purposes and methods of regulation that has, according to the diversity of stakeholders, each with their opinions and interests. With this,we can consider that the balance and functioning of this system occur by an interaction of the devices regulators, not by applying linear standards, rules and guidelines coming from the government.
