A (QUASE) invisibilidade da Educação de Jovens e Adultos na Política Nacional de Alfabetização: marginalização e luta pelo direito à educação

Abstract

O presente artigo tem como principal objetivo refletir e analisar a atual Política Nacional de Alfabetização (PNA), instituída em 2019, especificamente no que se refere à Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA). A metodologia que embasa o estudo é uma investigação documental, de natureza qualitativa, do período compreendido entre os anos de 2003 e 2019, referindo-se também às legislações anteriores que dizem respeito à EJA. O referencial teórico baseia-se nos estudos de Freire (1999); Maciel e Resende (2019); Albuquerque, Morais e Ferreira (2013), dentre outros. As principais conclusões do trabalho reconhecem que a PNA invisibiliza a EJA oferecida aos sujeitos pouco ou não escolarizados, ao mesmo tempo que propõe uma prática equivocada para a ação pedagógica alfabetizadora.The present article has a main objective to reflect and analyze the current National Literacy Policy (NLP), instituted in 2019, specifically in referred to Youth and Adult Education (YAE). The methodology which bases the study is a documental investigation, in a qualitative way, of the period from 2003 to 2019, referring also to previous legislation about YAE. The theoretical references are based in Freire (1999); Maciel and Resende (2019); Albuquerque, Morais and Ferreira (2013), among others. The main conclusions of this work recognize that the NLPinvisibilizate the YAE offered to the people who has few or none escolarity, at the same time that it proposes na equivocated practice to literacy pedagogical action.
