Este trabalho procura discutir narrativas de professoras sobre as relações interpessoais que engendram o processo
de (re)produção das queixas escolares. Para tanto, sustentou-se nos pressupostos da psicologia histórico-cultural
fundamentada no materialismo histórico-dialético. Os caminhos trilhados seguem os do estudo do tipo
etnográfico, com a observação participante articulada à promoção de entrevista. Os resultados indicam elementos
que tendem a reproduzir as visões simplificadoras e unilaterais que incidem no processo de naturalização e
individualização das dificuldades escolares. Percebeu-se a coexistência da necessidade de considerar as mediações
e as contradições envolvidas nas inter-relações forjadas entre escola, estudante e família, em condições
histórico-sociais concretas.
This work seeks to discuss the teachers’ narratives about the interpersonal relationships that engender the process of (re)production of school complaints. To this end, it was based on the theoretical-methodological foundations of Historical-Cultural Psychology. The paths taken in te research were based on the contours of the ethnographic studies, through participant observation articulated with the promotion of an interview. The results indicate elements that tend to reproduce the simplifying and unilateral views that affect the process of naturalization and individualization of school difficulties and, it was also noticed the coexistence, although at a lower level of sharing, the need to consider the mediations and contradictions involved in the interrelations forged between the school, the student and his family located in precise historical and social conditions.
