Este estudo objetivou explorar os elementos que dificultam o aprendizado em avaliação de futuros professores de Pedagogia. Com base na pesquisa mista, com a primeira fase qualitativa, identificaram-se elementos que indicam dificuldades no processo de aprendizagem e foram feitas entrevistas com 14 alunas de cursos de Pedagogia. Na segunda fase, quantitativa, utilizou-se um questionário, com 307 estudantes, com uma escala do tipo Likert para coletar informações sobre as dificuldades. Os dados revelaram que os elementos dificultadores estavam mais associados aos domínios dos professores e do design do curso. O estudo auxilia a entender as complexidades do processo de ensino e aprendizagem e serve ao duplo propósito de informar a natureza e o alcance das mudanças a serem realizadas e a direção específica de iniciativas para a formação continuada.
This study aimed to explore the elements that hinder learning in the assessment of future Pedagogy teachers. Based on mixed research, with the first qualitative phase, we identified elements indicating difficulties in the learning process and conducted interviews with 14 Pedagogy students. In the second, quantitative phase, a questionnaire was used, with 307 students, employing a Likert scale to gather information on difficulties. The data revealed that hindering elements were more associated with the domains of teachers and course design. The study aids in understanding the complexities of the teaching and learning process and serves the dual purpose of informing the nature and scope of changes to be made and the specific direction of initiatives for ongoing teacher education.
