Classes hospitalares no município do Rio de Janeiro: as vozes das professoras

Abstract

Este artigo focaliza saberes e prática docente de professoras atuantes em quatro classes hospitalares no município do Rio de Janeiro. Foram entrevistadas nove professoras que trabalhavam em quatro classes hospitalares vinculadas à Secretaria Municipal de Educação da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro e observadas atividades do cotidiano nas classes hospitalares e enfermarias pediátricas dos hospitais. Ao final, derivamos dos resultados da pesquisa algumas considerações e sugestões, com o propósito de reafirmar o caráter pedagógico-educacional das classes hospitalares. Defendemos igualmente a formulação de um projeto pedagógico compatível com a demanda de alunos hospitalizados, além de propor medidas para aprimorar a formação em serviço dos docentes das classes hospitalares.This study focus knowledge and teaching practice of active teachers in four hospital based schools in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The theoretical purposes came from the contribution of studious about the formation of the teacher as a reflective professional and his insertion in the hospital based school. Nine teachers who work in four hospital based schools linked to the Rio de Janeiro City’s Committee for Education were interviewed and observed at their practice in the pediatrics divisions. At the end, the results of this search led us into some considerations and suggestions to reiterate the educational and pedagogical nature of the hospital based schools and also a proposal of this space’s disclosure.
