O desafio ético da escrita e da pesquisa em Educação: considerações sobre compromisso com o conhecimento

Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo foi discutir os desafios éticos da pesquisa em educação, tendo como ponto de partida a questão da escrita e da honestidade intelectual. A escrita científica deve ser criteriosamente pensada e minuciosamente articulada em relação à língua que se propõe comunicar, uma vez que, sem a organização lógica do pensamento, não há uma série de atributos para a construção da coesão e da coerência do texto. Embora seja premissa de maior importância, o rigor com o texto, seja em seus aspectos semânticos ou sintáticos, não é o único fator a ser considerado no momento da produção. Sobretudo na ciência, em que a difusão do conhecimento sempre precisa ser aliada ao componente ético, é preciso ter consciência para pensar a pesquisa como um momento de colaboração social, em que os dados devem ser tratados de forma séria e sem manipulações. Recorre-se, neste texto, aos pressupostos da pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico, baseando-se nos estudos de Antunes (2010), Brasileiro (2013), Koch (2003, 2008), Koch e Traváglia (2007), Nóvoa (2015), Serrano (2011), Severino (2015), dentre outros que discutem o universo da escrita científica e da ética na pesquisa.The aim of this article was to discuss the ethical challenges of research in education, starting with the issue of writing and intellectual honesty. Scientific writing must be carefully thought out, and thoroughly articulated in relation to the language it is proposed to communicate with, since, without the logical organization of thought, there are not many attributes for the construction of text cohesion and coherence. Although it is a premise of great importance, rigor with the text, whether in its semantic or synthetic aspects, is not the only factor to be considered at the time of production. Especially in science, where the dissemination of knowledge always needs to be linked to the ethical component, it is necessary to be conscious of thinking of research as a moment of social collaboration, in which data must be treated seriously and without manipulation. In this text, we resort to the assumptions of the bibliographical research, drawing from the studies of Antunes (2010), Brasileiro (2013), Koch (2003, 2008), Koch e Traváglia (2007), Nóvoa (2015), Serrano (2011), Severino (2015), among others that discuss the universe of scientific writing and ethics in research.
