In addition to displaying the process, search ask his reasons finding an answer in the globalization of the economy and the need for the production of an economic episteme required by the globalization of the economy. The consequences for the work of teachers and their loss of their social rights here is the corollary of the process.

The academy and science become targets of questioning as they are questioned, especially by the active presence of blacks and indigenous inside while eurocentradas inventions conceived / conceive white cultures as the only sources and valid IDs for the production of knowledge andtruth. We focus, first, the constituent elements of socio-cultural university and later show the impacts of the presence of blacks and indigenous people claiming spaces in universities. This presence as we will argue, reframes the university because the knowledge / power of black and indigenous groups infiltrate the hegemonic knowledge, placing the white hegemony in check.
- ItemExpansão e acesso à educação superior: como fica a distribuição por sexo?(2016) JEZINE, EdineideThis article is problematic the process of expansion of higher education in Brazil and the challenges of access and retention of students in vulnerable situations. In this objective set to analyze the gender equality concepts in higher education policies; and enrollment in public and private sectors as they are distributed, considering the gender variable. This is a qualitative study supported by quantitative data of expanding the number of courses and enrollment, considering the Census of Higher Education (2013) that the tip 10 courses with the highest number of female and male enrollment. Based on these data analysis seeks apprehension-der the dynamics at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) from the perspective of sexualization / gendering. By analyzing access to this type of education of men and women in UFPB, the data show that more women enter and complete higher education courses. However, when analyze distribution by courses, still remains femininity and masculinity certain professional careers. In this sense, the research results show that the process of expansion of higher education is not accompanied by professional motivations that courses historically constitute as male, the case of Engineering, and / or female courses, the case of pedagogy, keeping inequality processes between the sexes in professional careers.
- ItemO curso de licenciatura em pedagogia: uma análise das adequações normativas e curriculares(2016) JEFFREY, Debora Cristina; ASSIS, Ana Elisa Spaolonzi Queiroz; GRADIN, LucianeThe Pedagogy Course, between 2002 and 2015, has been influenced by national regulations that induce the formation model without any establish relation to teacher education policy in Brazil. The article discusses the process of normative and curricular adaptation involving the course in question, highlighting the main teacher training concepts in the country and its influence on legal and curricular determinations, the legislation ́s trajectory legislation on the last decade, produced by the National Education Council. In order to assist the analysis, it is reported the case of a Pedagogy Course of the State University of São Paulo and its internal dynamics to meet the regulatory and curricular adjustments established in recent years. It is evident that there werea significant number of normative guidelines nationwide related to undergraduate programs in the country. These guidelines, in turn, directly influence the formation of the pedagogical projects of undergraduate programs without formulating an agenda and the establishment of a teacher training policy that it can be effectively implemented.

- ItemPolíticas para la educación superior en Ccolombia: los efectos de la gubernamentalidad contemporánea(2016) FLÓREZ, Olga Cecilia DíazThis article contextualize social and educational policies in the forms of government intervention characterized by a pragmatism at keeps the suction set "friendly approaches to the market" which will swing less to greater coordination between them. These reforms, which are governed by the growth stimulated by the market are based on government practices, which combine two important strategies that provide flexibility: the global frame design with different ways to achieve the focused objectives in the growth and use of OMCs operating with a degree of variability which are monitored through regular monitoring ongoing for several organizations and social partners. Thus, the purpose of this discussion is to understand the place of politics in contemporary forms of government, analyzing both the scope as the questions related to the reform process driven by the Bologna Declaration. Besides this, the debate deepens the affectations of policies generated in countries like Colombia, showing how one of its most visible effects is presented by the guidelines for skills and the mass evaluation, conceived as a strategic place, as a kind of hinge, which seeks to articulate the world education with the productive sector. To illustrate some of the effects produced by these strategies of government, the text also thematizes the new issues raised, particularly the level of hierarchy, stratification and inequality derived from forms of social regulation undertaken in higher education that took place in Colombia in the last decade. In conclusion presents a few current guidelines from the environment experienced in recent years in the country, showing that a reform in higher education confirms this trend .; but it managed to contain this movement thanks to the active role of the student movement which secured the transforming role of education, the nature of the common good that belongs to all of society making possible the opportunity to provide a dignified life for most.
