Abstract

A entrevista trata de temas referentes a trabalho docente e pesquisa, assim como das formas de organização de pesquisadores na America Latina. Discute também as políticas de avaliação nos anos 90 e seus impactos sobre o trabalho docente, em termos de sofrimento, intensificação e precarização do trabalho. Nesse aspecto é trazida a contribuição da pesquisa nacional sobre trabalho docente realizada pelo GESTRADO. Aborda, ainda, aspectos da políticanacional, tais como a Conferência Nacional de Educação e o Plano Nacional de Educação. Por fim, discute o tema da regulação e novas perspectivas para a educação e o trabalho docente.This interview discusses issues related to teachers' work and research, as well as how researchers in this field are organizing a network in Latin America. The 90's policies in education, mainly those related to accountability, high-stake tests and evalutation are discussed, considering their impacts on teachers' work, in terms of suffering, emotional stress, intensification and precarization. In this sense, is bring forward the findings of the GESTRADO's national survey on teachers' work. The interview also addresses aspects of brazilian educational policies, such as the National Education Conference and the National Education Plan. Ultimately, the interviewee introduces the issue of regulation and discusses a lillte bit more about new perspectives in education and teachers' work.
