Educação delivery: diretrizes internacionais para a educação básica na conjuntura pandêmica ampliam a mercantilização da educação

Abstract

O artigo disserta sobre as diretrizes internacionais para a educação básica na conjuntura da pandemia da COVID-19, com o objetivo de analisar o imperativo da entrega de resultados no projeto educativo hegemônico. Desenvolveu-se uma análise documental alicerçada no materialismo histórico-dialético, com ênfase no referencial gramsciano e na pedagogia histórico-crítica como fundamentação indispensável para a luta contra-hegemônica. Concluiu-se que a atuação dos organismos multilaterais, alinhada ao empresariamento da educação de novo tipo no século XXI, opera uma intensificação dos processos de mercantilização da educação articulando sua subsunção ao imperativo da entrega de resultados com a (de)formação técnica e ético-política do trabalho educativo.This paper discusses international guidelines for basic education in the juncture of the COVID-19 pandemic for the goal of analyzing the imperative of delivering results in the hegemonic educational project. A documentary analysis based on historical-dialectic materialism was developed, with emphasis on the Gramscian framework and historical-critical pedagogy as an indispensable foundation for the counter-hegemonic struggle. It was concluded that the actions of multilateral organizations, aligned with the new-type entrepreneurship of education in the 21st century, operate an intensification of the processes of commodification of education, articulating its subsumption to the imperative of delivering results with the technical and ethical-political (de)formation of the educative work.
