As principais características das pedagogias modernas na prática educativa

Abstract

Na história da educação moderna, há um ecletismo pedagógico quanto à função social da escola, que, por razões de ordem sociopolítica, conceberam diferentes concepções de homem e de sociedade. Que tendências pedagógicas são essas? Quais características as diferenciam na prática educativa? O objetivo deste artigo é compreender, de forma simplificada, as características das tendências pedagógicas modernas na prática educativa. Conhecer as pedagogias modernas que caracterizam a prática educativa atual é um estudo importante, porque auxilia o professor na percepção, adequação e aprimoramento do seu trabalho e no reconhecimento da função social e política da educação. Este estudo evidencia que a prática educativa pode ser de transformação social dos sujeitos ou mecanismo de formação puramente moral e intelectual para o convívio social.In the history of modern education, there is a pedagogical eclecticism regarding the social function of the school, which, for sociopolitical reasons, they conceived different conceptions of man and society. What are these pedagogical trends? What characteristics differentiate them in educational practice? The aim of this article is to understand, in a simplified way, the characteristics of modern pedagogical trends in educational practice. Knowing the modern pedagogies that characterize current educational practice is an important study, because it helps the teacher in the perception, adequacy and improvement of his work and in the recognition of the social and political function of education. The intention of this study is to show that the modern pedagogies recurrent in the current educational practice can be of social transformation of the subjects and/or mechanism of domination of the masses, of the salaried worker.
