Uma reflexão sobre o papel do professor na perspectiva do ensino híbrido

Abstract

O presente artigo tem como objetivo realizar uma reflexão quanto ao papel do professor considerando a inserção das tecnologias digitais, a partir da seguinte questão: as tecnologias substituirão o professor? O estudo mostra que as salas de aula estão prestes a mudar de forma drástica por causa da tecnologia. Entretanto, a presença das tecnologias adaptativas não dimuniu a importância do docente, que continua fundamental, apenas modifica seu papel na escola. Na Era Digital, o professor deve desempenhar múltiplos papéis, como mentor, mediador,This article aims to reflect on the role of the teacher considering the insertion of digital technologies, raising the following question: will technologies replace the teacher? The study shows that classrooms are about to change dramatically because of technology.However, the presence of adaptive technologies has not diminished the importance of the teacher, who remains fundamental, only modifies his role in school. In the Digital Age, the teacher must play multiple roles such as mentor, mediator, coach, curator, learning tutor. The teacher's role in times of blended learning, whenface-to-face and online teaching mix, it is no longer a mere transmitter of information, because the 21st century student seeks guidance from the teacher on how to use and organize this “sea of information” towhich he has access to mean knowledge
