Historiografia da Educação Profissional no Brasil e sua relação com a presença das mulheres no mundo do trabalho

Abstract

A discussão a respeito da inserção das mulheres no mundo do trabalho não é recente, porém é atual e emergente. O artigo tem como objetivo discutir a historiografia da Educação Profissional no Brasil e a participação das mulheres nesse processo de formação e inserção no mundo do trabalho. O estudo é de cunho qualitativo e foi desenvolvido por meio de fontes bibliográficas e históricas sobre o tema em tela. Como resultados, vê-se que, apesar de as mulheres terem conquistado espaço relativamente considerável, ainda há muito que evoluir para aprimorar suas condições laborativas no mundo do trabalho.The discussion about the inclusion of women in the world of work is not recent, but it is current and emerging. The study aims to discuss the historiography of Professional Education in Brazil, and the participation of women in this process of formation and insertion in the world of work. The study is of a qualitative nature and was developed through bibliographical and historical sources on the subject in question. As a result, we saw that although women have gained relatively considerable space, there is still much to evolve to improve their working conditions in the world of work.
