Os desafios do ensino remoto para alfabetizadoras em início de carreira

Abstract

Este artigo apresenta um estudo que acompanhou um grupo de alfabetizadoras em 2020 com o objetivo de investigar quais seriam os maiores desafios experienciados com a implementação do ensino remoto para docentes iniciantes na alfabetização. Os dados analisados originam-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que indicia complexidades com relação às adaptações iniciais da nova modalidade de ensino, dificuldades com o estabelecimento das relações com os pais, problemas de gerenciamento do tempo acarretando sobrecarga de trabalho, até os impasses para se realizar aulas síncronas. Aspectos que reforçam a importância de se promover espaços de acolhimento e formação a esses docentes que há pouco iniciaram na alfabetização, e tão logo se depararam com o ineditismo do ensino não presencial.This article presents a study that followed a group of literacy teachers in 2020 with the aim at investigating their biggest challenges experienced with the implementation of remote education as beginner teachers in literacy. The analysed data originate from a qualitative research that indicates complexities concerning the initial adaptations of the new teaching modality; difficulties with establishing relationships with parents; time management problems resulting in work overload; and even barriers of realising synchronous classes. The study addresses those aspects that reinforce the importance of promoting spaces for the reception and training of these teachers who recently started teaching literacy, and so early came across the unprecedented nature of non-face-to-face teaching.
