Implantado durante a pandemia da Covid-19, o Ensino Remoto Emergencial (ERE) se tornou um assunto recorrente entre discentes e docentes de diversas instituições de ensino. Este é um estudo de caso da Comunicação Social que foi desenvolvido na Universidade Franciscana (UFN) de Santa Maria (RS) e aplicado ao grupo de discentes dos cursos de Publicidade e Propaganda e Jornalismo com o objetivo de compreender a aprendizagem no ERE pela visão acadêmica. Para a coleta de informações, um questionário via Google Forms foi desenvolvido e adaptado de Petermann et al. (2020) e Moreira, Henriques e Barros (2020). O questionário foi dividido em três seções para o estudo: 1) perguntas sobre o planejamento e organização dos discentes; 2) perguntas sobre as tecnologias e recursos adotados no ERE; 3) avaliação geral conduzida de como sentiram/consideraram seu processo de aprendizagem no modelo adotado. Esta investigação nos levou a compreender a perspectiva discente em relação ao Ensino Remoto Emergencial na Universidade Franciscana: um grupo discente que se adaptou – mesmo diante de adversidades – mas não gostaria de atuar novamente no modelo adotado.
Implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic, Emergency Remote Teaching has become a recurring subject among students and teachers from various educational institutions. This is a case study of Social Communication that was developed at the Franciscan University (UFN) of Santa Maria (RS) and applied to the group of students of the Publicity and Propaganda and Journalism courses with the objective of understanding the learning in the ERE from the academic point of view. . For the collection of information, a questionnaire via Google Forms was developed and adapted from Petermann et al (2020) and Moreira, Henriques and Barros (2020). The questionnaire was divided into 3 sections for the study: 1) questions about students' planning and organization; 2) questions about the technologies and resources adopted in the ERE; 3) a general assessment conducted on how they felt/considered their learning process in the adopted model. As a result, we understand the student perspective in relation to Emergency Remote Teaching at the Franciscan University, a student group that adapted - even in the face of adversity - but would not like to act again in the adopted model.
