A produção de estudos sobre a lei 10.639 nas regiões norte e nordeste

Abstract

Neste artigo apresentamos uma reflexão acerca da pesquisa acadêmica sobre a Lei 10.639/2003 e/ou temas relacionados à mesma, a partir da presença da temática no Encontro de Pesquisadores em Educação no Norte e Nordeste - EPENN, no período 2003 - quando a lei foi criada -, a 2011. Â A problemática central envolve a análise da presença, amplitude e constância da Lei no âmbito de pesquisas no campo da educação, observando o tratamento dado a esta nos trabalhos desenvolvidos, objetivando discutir as possibilidades de diálogos entre pesquisa e currículo.In this paper, we present a reflection about the academic research about the Law 10.639/2003 and/or themes related to it, from the theme's discussion in the researchers' education meeting in the North and Northeast - EPENN, from 2013 - when the law was created - to 2011. The main question involves the presence analysis,breadth and constancy of this law in the education researches, noticing the treatment given to it in the developed studies, aiming discuss the dialogues that are possible between research and curriculum.
