    Autoestima, estresse e a relação com a criança interior

    The aim of this study was to understand the relationship of the inner child with self-esteem and the course participant stress taking care of the caregiver. 11 participants were assessed through focus group conducted after the course week. To analyze the opinions collected was used Qualiquantisoft program, the software developed by Lefèvre and Lefèvre whose methodology is called the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD). Upon analysis was proven that after participating in the course subjects achieve improved self-esteem, reduced stress from the meeting with the inner child. The results also pointed to higher propensity resilience.

    Efeito do curso cuidando do cuidador na autoestima e estresse

    The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of caring for the Caregiver course on self-esteem and stress. 26 participants were assessed by applying the scale of self-esteem Rosenberg and Stress Perception Scale before and after the course. For comparison before and after the outcomes’s test for independent samples and the Wilcoxon test were used to evaluate the association we used a X2 RXC and was even held a Spearman correlation. Statistically significant differences were found demonstrating the improvement of these outcomes after the completion of the course. Still, there is a moderate correlation between the change in self-esteem and stress.

    Efeito do Curso cuidando do cuidador na autoestima e estresse

    O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o efeito do curso Cuidando do Cuidador sobre a autoestima e o estresse. Foram avaliados 26 participantes por meio da aplicação da Escala de autoestima de Rosemberg e Escala de Percepção de Estresse antes e após a realização do curso.
