Abstract
The goal this article is to investigate bourgeois education in our time. It is not a question of understanding it as an isolated phenomenon of society, but as an integral part of social relations, economic, political and cultural. What matters is to think it dialectically in its interdependence and mutual connection with social phenomena. From that, seeks show that education in the contemporary world incentive the coldness and creates the objective conditions for barbarism. In a time of violence, integration of consciences, and social regression, Adorno's reflections become essential to rescue education as an awareness tool and resistance against barbarism.
