dc.description.abstractMathematical research is a trend in mathematics education, used at different levels of education. This study focused on The Early Childhood Education, four and five years old, of a municipal school in Cascavel-PR. Two tasks with investigative characteristics were applied whose objectives were for the children to understand that in Mathematics there is not a single "way" for solving mathematical situations, that were able to explore diverse possibilities. The tasks applied were created in study meetings by the authors of the paper. At the time of application, the students' previous knowledge was considered. The results were satisfactory. Some students were able to make a one-to-one comparison, perceive regularities, compose and decompose geometric shapes. This process was of great value, providing moments of learning and exchange of experiences, both for the children and for the researchers involved in the construction of the mathematical notions, concepts that should offer conditions for understanding and assimilation of mathematical concepts. The process of analysis of the activities generated two categories, by the observation of the work done by the students and another of the work done by the teacher.en_US
dc.description.abstractA investigação matemática é uma tendência em educação matemática, utilizada em diferentes níveis de ensino. Nesse estudo centrou-se na Educação Infantil, Pré II (4 aos 5 anos) de uma escola municipal de Cascavel-PR. Foram aplicadas duas tarefas com características investigativas cujo objetivo era que as crianças compreendessem que na Matemática não existe um único “caminho” para a resolução de situações matemáticas e, que elas fossem capazes de explorar diversas possibilidades. As tarefas aplicadas foram criadas em encontros de estudo pelas autoras do trabalho. No momento da aplicação, os conhecimentos prévios dos educandos foram considerados. Os resultados obtidos foram satisfatórios. Alguns alunos conseguiram realizar comparação biunívoca, perceberam regularidades, compuseram e decompuseram formas geométricas. Este processo foi de grande valia, proporcionando momentos de aprendizagem e troca de experiências, tanto para as crianças quanto para as envolvidas na mediação da construção das noções matemáticas do público alvo. Estas noções devem oferecer condições de compreensão e assimilação de conceitos matemáticos. O processo de análise das atividades gerou duas categorias, um pela observação do trabalho realizado pelos alunos e outra do trabalho efetuado pela professora.pt_BR
