O objetivo do estudo consistiu em analisar metodologias de projeto de produto difundidas na literatura, a fim de formular um modelo consensual para o desenvolvimento de projetos tecnológicos em saúde.Trata-se de um estudo descritivo baseado na revisão bibliográfica, análise e síntese de modelos metodológicos de projeto nas bases de dados digitais PubMed, Lilacs e Google Acadêmico. Foram utilizados como palavras-chave de busca os seguintes termos e operadores: (“metodologia” OR “método” OR “tecnologia”) AND (“projeto” OR “desenvolvimento” OR “design” OR “produto”). Foram incluídos na busca artigos, teses e dissertações em português, disponíveis em versão integral e publicadas no período de 2010 a 2020. A análise comparativa dos modelos selecionados se deu pela disposição dos processos em quadros comparativos, para identificar as etapas comuns e mais adequadas ao desenvolvimento de produtos para área da saúde. O resultado final do estudo foi a definição de um modelo metodológico consensual de projeto de produtos para áreas de saúde, representado em um diagrama de processos e etapas. Espera-se que o estudo contribua como um guia auxiliar no desenvolvimento de projetos em atividades voltadas ao ensino tecnológico em saúde, agregando novas tecnologias e integrando conhecimentos multidisciplinares.
The aim of the study was to analyze product design methodologies disseminated in the literature, in order to formulate a consensual model for the development of technological projects in health. This is a descriptive study based on the literature review, analysis and synthesis of methodological project models in the pubmed, lilacs and google academic digital databases. The following terms and operatorswere used as search keywords: ("methodology" OR "method" OR "technology") "AND ("project" OR "development" OR "design" OR "product"). Articles, theses and dissertations in Portuguese, available in full version and published from 2010 to 2020 were included in the search. The comparative analysis of the selected models was based on the arrangement of the processes in comparative tables, to identify the common and most appropriate stages for the development of products for the health area. The final result of the study was the definition of a consensual methodological model of project for health areas, represented in a diagram of processes and steps. It is expected that the study will contribute as an auxiliary guide in the development of projects in activities aimed at technological education in health, adding new technologies and integrating multidisciplinary knowledge.
