Abstract

Reflections on the treatment of information in the Legal Documentation, based on the triad: documentary reading, legal language and discourse analysis. In this context, terminology and information representation are discussed, due to the hermetism of language and the difficulty for the professional librarian in identifying the types of legal discourses present in the area documents. It concludes by emphasizing the importance of the research on discourse analysis focused on the types of discourses used in the Legal Documentation, which can promote the recognition of the structure and the parts of the document that contain relevant information, contributing to the representation of information.

Reflexões sobre o tratamento da informação na Documentação Jurídica, com base na tríade: leitura documentária, linguagem jurídica e análise de discurso. Nesse contexto, discutem-se terminologia e representação da informação, em função do hermetismo da linguagem e da dificuldade para o profissional bibliotecário na identificação os tipos de discursos jurídicos presentes nos documentos da área. Conclui ressaltando a importância da pesquisa sobre a análise de discurso voltada para os tipos de discursos empregados na Documentação Jurídica, que podem propiciar o reconhecimento da estrutura do documento e das partes que contém informações relevantes, contribuindo com a representação da informação.
