Para uma investigação filosófica em tempos de pandemia

Abstract

O presente artigo postula uma concepção de filosofia como prática socialmente engajada, aponta para a responsabilidade dos docentes da área perante a crise associada ao "novo coronavírus" e apresenta um esboço de percurso investigativo sobre a pandemia enquanto objeto de estudo filosófico comprometido com a coerência conceitual, a pesquisa científica e as grandes questões da epistemologia, da ética e da filosofia política junto aos clássicos da história do pensamento.The present article postulates a conception of philosophy as a socially engaged practice, points to the responsibility of teachers in the area in the face of the crisis associated with the "new coronavirus" and presents an outline of an investigative path about the pandemic as an object of philosophical study committed to conceptual coherence, scientific research and the great questions of epistemology, ethics and political philosophy together with the classics of the history of thought.
