    A escolarização de jovens privados de liberdade no Centro Socioeducativo Santa Juliana

    The main concern of this study is to reflect on the socio-educational practices of young people deprived of their liberty, with emphasis on schooling as a means of political emancipation of the subjects responsible for committing offenses. This article aims to analyze the spaces and conditions under which the formal teaching-learning process of adolescents and young interns (provisional and sentenced) occurs at the Santa Juliana Socio-Educational Center, located in Rio Branco, Capital of the State of Acre, in the light of of the parameters of the National System of Socioeducational Care (SINASE) and legislations that deal specifically with the theme. To achieve the proposed objectives we used as a theoretical-methodological resource the documentary research with the detailed analysis of materials already published in the Brazilian and state legislation and the registration of data collected empirically in a field diary. The time frame of data collection is recorded from June to August 2016, through the monitoring of institutional routine and analysis of data provided by the administration of the socio-educational unit that is performed by the Socio-educational Institute (ISE). The analysis allowed the researchers to conclude that the structural and overcrowded conditions made it impossible, during the analyzed period, to guarantee schooling for all inmates, contributing to the precariousness of socio-educational care and the diagnosis of the violation of fundamental rights established by the Statute of the Child and the Child.     A ONU, suas normativas e o ordenamento jurídico para o atendimento de adolescentes em conflito com a lei no Brasil: as políticas de socioeducação

    This article seeks to identify the influence of the UN and its Agencies in the promulgation of the laws of childhood in Brazil during the 20th century. For both, we drew a parallel between the legal changes made in the area of childhood in Brazil and the international instruments. The study is a synthesis of the research from a master's thesis on the subject, which was completed in 2014 that innovates to identify the influence of the UN and the League of Nations not only in the enactment of the Statute of the Child and the Adolescent, but also, in the two previous normative, them being: the Code of Minors of 1927 and the Code of Minors in 1979.

    Abuso e exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes

    O artigo possui como objetivo elaborar uma discussão teórico-metodológica sobre o tema abuso e exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes. Para articular o objeto optou-se por elencar uma série de informações que contribuem para diferenciar o abuso e a exploração sexual, o comportamento dos abusadores e das vítimas, os mitos e a realidade em torno do tema, os sinais e sintomas e, finalmente, os traumas daqueles que sofrem abuso. A pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico aborda as informações divulgadas pelo Observatório Nacional dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente (OBS) com vistas a melhor compreender o perfil das crianças e adolescentes abusados em relação ao critério idade e sexo. Para finalizar, apresentamos informações práticas sobre como a escola pode operacionalizar a rede de proteção e a formação de profissionais que atuam na rede de atendimento básico da criança e do adolescente em municípios de médio e pequeno porte.
