This is a qualitative approach whose selected method consisted of a case study, the scene were two public schools located in the State of Ceará, the subjects were eight teachers of the 5th grade of elementary school, for data collection was held an interview with those involved. For analysis of the data we have from the thematic analysis of Minayo. Main spoken results, point to the external evaluation proof-Brazil/IDEB is device that induces a prescribed curriculum and reductionist, compromises the independence and professionalism of teacher and still makes the quality of education to the the student's income.
