- ItemA formação de professores alfabetizadores e o Programa Ler e Escrever(2015) TASSONI, Elvira Cristina Martins; MEGID, Maria Auxiliadora Bueno AndradeThis article presents the results of a research that investigated how the managers and teachers of a state Elementary School for initial years in the city of Campinas-SP have been understanding and applying the workbooks distributed by São Paulo Board of Education, which comprise the “Read and Write Program” (Programa Ler e Escrever). The research has used interviews with teachers and the managerial team about the Program and the activities planned in your material; classroom observation; and periodical meetings with the teachers during two school semesters, in order to observe the ongoing educational process for the teachers. The results show: (i) the importance of having pedagogical practices and produced knowledge close to each other, aiming to strengthen the teaching actions; (ii) that the teacher’s accumulated experience may be a way for the teacher to be the protagonist, and not just a mere repeater of strategies and techniques created by others; (iii) that the strengthening of the school as a space for students and teachers to produce knowledge may make the necessary changes in pedagogical practices come true. Regarding the Teacher’s Education Programs, as they intend to reach the whole education network, they end up putting the social and educational inequalities in second plan.
- ItemCategorias de narrativas: principais usos em pesquisas e formação de pedagogas(2018) BARBISAN, Carla; MEGID, Maria Auxiliadora Bueno AndradeThis article presents the partial results of a research, of documental analysis nature, about narratives for pedagogical education and other pieces of research in this area, and it has considered 16 essays written from 2006 to 2014, of which there were 12 dissertations and 4 theses, available at the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations. In the course of this research and based on the reading of the papers considered for analysis, some questionings and substantiations about the topic have come up and led us to categorizing the narratives as a way to better visualize their different uses. In parallel, in order to broaden the view over the topic, we have also made a partial survey of the terminology used to refer to it. It has enabled us to have a more organized view of the narratives and their uses, which has contributed to the development of the research. We have inferred that the organization presented herein may direct the view of researchers, teachers and students by promoting the understanding of the varied use of narratives and indicating more suitable possibilities to use them. We understand that these results may contribute with the research and the pedagogical practices that use this methodological anchorage.
- ItemO Lugar da Formação de Professores em Periódicos de Educação(2012) MEGID, Maria Auxiliadora Bueno Andrade; PEREIRA, Carolina LucentiThis paper analyzes and maps 24 articles on the initial and/or continuing education of teachers in the early years of elementary school: nine published in Revista Brasileira de Educação and 15 in Zetetiké, in the first decade of the 21st century. Initially, we identified the themes, building an analysis framework; then, convergent axes related to Public Policy, Information and Communication Technology, Curriculum, Didactics and Evaluation. The chosen methodological approach is content analysis. We found that the concentration of publications takes place between the years 2005 to 2010 and that most authors of articles are linked to public institutions in the Southeast region.
