    As plantas podem ser modelos para a síntese de um grande número de fármacos e no caso dos fitoterápicos fazem parte diretamente de sua composição. A Política Nacional de Plantas Medicinais e Fitoterápicos (PNPMF), de 2006, é considerada o marco regulatório da fitoterapia brasileira.

    Mestrado profissional: a contribuição do Poleduc na qualificação de servidores das instituições de ensino superior no Ceará

    This study aims to characterize the academic-professional profile of technical-administrative employees in education, graduates of the Master's Degree in Public Policies in Higher Education – POLEDUC/UFC and to present the scenario in which these courses are inserted in the country. The contributions of this academic level to the graduate's career were focused on, expanding opportunities and qualification of the civil servant. The work was developed through documentary, census, exploratory and descriptive research, in which the unit of analysis was composed of POLEDUC graduates, belonging to classes from 2007 to 2014. Professional and academic data were obtained from the graduates' Lattes, between days 15 to 22 June 2016, In a total of 146 graduates, excluding cancellations and withdrawals. The survey indicated that women represent 99 (67.8%) and men, 47 (32.2%) of the freshmen. Of the total, 113 students (77.39%) are Administrative-Technical in Education (TAE) and 12 (8.22%) are professors at IFES, that is, 85.61% of freshmen are linked to public higher education careers. . It was also found that only 46.57% of the graduates had some type of scientific production during their course time, and only 32.87% published it after the master's degree. As for the aspects of career continuity, only 8.21% enrolled in doctoral programs and, among technicians, about 14% performed some teaching activity after the master's degree. The results indicated that most POLEDUC graduates did not show career continuity from an academic perspective.
