    This article aims to reflect on the importance of working with self-esteem as a therapeutic care resource and transformation in personal and professional lives of individuals. The concept of self-esteem that guides the proposal follows the assumptions of Branden (2002) which features six fundamental attitudes that need to be developed: to live consciously, selfacceptance, autoresponsabilidade, self-affirmation, intention and personal integrity. Also proposes to offer a body care space to relieve stress and tension, promote self awareness and body integration and mind.
