    This article is a reflection on the report of experience with the production of knowledge of the TCI. The authors highlight important points of their academic trajectories with TCI and point the challenges experienced in the process. They show how the TCI was inserting itself gradually in their lives and work and emphasize the importance of care tool for mental health groups and vulnerable to mental illness. They conclude that at this juncture the TCI enhances community care much needed these days to form bonds of solidarity among neighbors, families and communities, reinforcing the need to strengthen the psychosocial care model
