    The coronavirus arrived in the world in the year 2020, and brought with it several changes in the personal and educational scope. Social isolation is one of the main protective measures against the spread of the new virus. Thus, classes were suspended and HEIs, teachers and students began to give a new direction to the teaching-learning process, through emergency remote teaching, greatly impacting everyone’s life.
