- ItemImpactos na educação e formação através do bilinguismo na pré-escola(2019) POHL, Ana Paula; SANTORUM, Karen Andresa Teixeira; BRANDENBURG, CristineThe research consists, at first, in the presentation of the divergences around the term “bilingualism”. Then, in a second moment, from a review of the literature, it brings the impacts of bilingual teaching (Portuguese -English) in preschool and finally the study reflects about one of the possible methods for the implementation of this bilingualism on preschool, which is the Content and Language Integrated Learning.It was done aiming a better understanding of such a complex topic. The objective was to bring a panoramic view about the concepts around the term to better understand it, especially among English teachers in training. It began by a lexical, chronological definition and finally from the vision of students of a preparatory course of English teachers. For this, a survey was conducted with students of the undergraduate course in Modern Languages and also of other courses, which have contact with the English language from a community university in the interior of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. Subsequently, from the literature review, it was done a mapping of both positive and negative impacts that might occur in early bilingualism. Finally, we looked at factors that can enable or hinder bilingualism in the period corresponding to preschool and from this point we indicated the Content and Language Integrated Learning (Clil) approach for considering appropriate in the teaching of a foreign language in childhood, due to the numerous advantages it presents.
