    Estado, políticas de avaliação e desigualdades educacionais no México

    The purpose of this chapter is to question the way in which the actions and results of the evaluations of the Mexican State's public policies aimed at reducing educational inequalities at the regional level are presented. It is supported by the fact that, in the documents that formulate these policies, as well as in those that assess them, common places are reproduced around a supposed development that is always to come, and that has little impact on regional change and on projects for lives of Mexican citizens who live in conditions of poverty and social marginalization.
