    Capacitação técnica na construção civil: diagnóstico e perspectivas para o desenvolvimento desse segmento

    The quality of a company’s human resources is one of the main factors of its success or failure. Not unlike that, civil construction lacks properly trained professionals. Therefore, this work aimed to analyze the level of qualification of the civil construction workforce in the city of Araxá-MG. Based on a field research combined with bibliographic discussions, a low technical level of professionals working in the selected companies was identified and, considerably, the interest of these same professionals in training. Another point that can be observed is the need to implement internal training programs within these institutions, promoting the access of these professionals to corporate education. With that, it was proposed to develop the Corporate Universities for success and work on these points for improvement.
