    The notion of experiencehas gaineda prominent placein discussionsof contemporary thought. The echoof thisdiscussionseems to have reachedin recentyears,the field ofeducational researchand teacher education. FrenchResearch areassuch associology of experience, among others, as well as Hispanic workwithinfluence inArgentina, focusedon the relationshipbetweennarrative, teaching education and teacher work, havefoundthe notiona cornerstonefortheir approach.This articleaims to clarifycertain aspects of theselines of workin order tooutline theconceptualizationof experience they propose andclarifythe questions andproblemstheyseek to answerfrom each oftheir frames. In turn, it suggests somequestionsrelated totheepistemologicalchallengesthat working withthe notion of experience means in the field of research interested inunderstanding the dimensions ofteacher work and education.
