    Proposta metodológica para a geração de indicadores científicos: análise dos Programas de Pós-graduação em Ciência da Informação (PPGCI) da região nordeste

    This study aims to establish a methodology for analysis of teachers scientific production of the After-Graduate Programs in Information Science at Brazil Northeast, comprising the decade "from 2001 to 2010," to identify networks of interactions and collaboration between researchers from different programs to quantify and qualify the scientific production and if there is convergence between the programs. Were taken as the study environment, PPGCI the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). To this end, we used the data available in the curricula of teachers registered in the Lattes Platform (LP). Specifically, we used the tool "scriptLattes", which enabled the extraction and compilation of lists of scientific production of programs. In short, the generation of scientific indicators can act as an input for HEI managers use information more appropriate for decision making in the sector.
