    The emotional intelligence role inside and outside school demands " to educate" the emotions so that people become apt to deal with their frustrations, anguishes and fears. This article aims to evaluate the importance of the emotional intelligence in the education context, having these inquiries as starting point: Can Emotional Education contribute to the teaching-learning process, in favor of the balance between the students' rational cognitive and emotional aspects? In positive case, what theoretical-methodological ways can be traced and
