We go here to present it in a organizacional dimension, placing us in an analytical-interpretative perspective and convoking the new instituonalism as analysis model. To the light of this theoretical picture, the pertaining to school organizations usually are presented as systems debilmente articulated, therefore that it does not have joint between the organizational structure and the activity technique (contemplating the this last activity of teach-learning). In this direction, the pertaining to school organizations legitimize its existence through mechanisms of conformity with the institutional way, appealing to the reliable logic and good faith, of that the emphasis is example that gives to the teacher professionalism.
