    This piece of paper aims to analyse the Childhood Education, directing the evolutions noticed in this modality of teaching in the city council of Araxá, when the Municipal Decenal Plan for Education was done (2005/2014). At first, the evolution of Childhood Education in Brazil is discuted, from the point of our Major Law of 1988, of LDBEM 9394/96 and the Childhood and the Adolescent Rules of 1990

    Os impactos do FUNDEB na educação infantil brasileira: oferta, qualidade e financiamento.

    In this article, we seek to analyze the creation of the Basic Education Maintenance and Development Fund (FUNDEB) and the issue of financing quality early childhood education. The bibliographical contribution that served as a reference for this text points out that, without a considerable contribution of resources by the federal government, there is no way to enable a financing system that reduces regional disparities and ensures a value of resources per student that guarantees a standard minimum quality of education as established by the Federal Constitution and the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education.
