    Gestão do Conhecimento, Ciência da Informação e Biblioteconomia: uma análise bibliométrica da produção científica

    Scientific communication is represented by the bibliographic production, highlighting the importance of recovery, study and evaluation of this production. Therefore, it has been as bibliometrics area that does statistical studies of scientific production. Thus, this paper quantitatively analyzes the scientific production resulting from a search that linked the descriptors "knowledge management" and librarianship (or "information science"). The search protocol involved four databases, resulting in 453 articles. There was a boom of publications in 2008, 17 journals considered more productive, in a universe of 241. Among the most productive authors highlighted the following countries affiliation: Australia, UK, South Africa and Iran Among the more words found in texts, 30 were listed, including libraries, systems, organization, learning, health.
