    This article presents a reflection about inclusion and teaching practice in higher education. Higher education constitutes a means to knowledge production and the university is the place where the values and practices of an including education must be experienced. The teaching practices require good preparation from the education professional while dealing with students who have special education necessities and the University Organization Project should establish actions - public policies that support an including education to these students.
