    This work shows an association between of knowledge management and economics aspects of technology theories at neo-Schumpeterian nature, focusing first, issues concerning the management of knowledge and creativity, and in the secondary, issues concerning the production of knowledge and the objective conditions of incorporation of this knowledge to practice economy. Concluding innovation produces the generic technologies, under the economic viewpoint, to various sectors operating in the knowledge’s economy, and under social viewpoint. Further, becameessential the alignment of knowledge’s economy with the process of dissemination of knowledge in achievement of development.
