    The present article invites educators to reflect on burning issues of school routine, such as: teacher's suffering due to the student that does not learn, teacher's unease about sociopolitical changes that converge on Inclusive Education. From this perspective, aiming at finding answers to Education in Diversity, we selected some initiatives that challenge those who wish to be protagonists in the job of being an educator.
