Abstract

The papers of this Dossier are basicallyrelated to the results of a research Project developed by 22 universities of nine countries about the theme of internationalization of higher education.The Project is coordinated by a research group of international scope named GIEPES –Grupo Internacional de Estudos e Pesquisa sobre Educação Superior –International Goup of Studies and Research in Higher Education, based in the Faculty of Education of the State University of Campinas –UNICAMP.The participants of this project are researchers and scholarsinvolved in thestudy of higher education and members of the Ibero-American Netwok.

Os artigos deste Dossiê estão, de forma geral, relacionados aos resultados de um grande projeto de pesquisa desenvolvido conjuntamente entre 22 universidades de 9 países, sobre a temática internacionalização na educação superior. O projeto é coordenado por um grupo de pesquisa de âmbito internacional denominado GIEPES - Grupo Internacional de Estudos e Pesquisa sobre Educação Superior, sediado na Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Estadual de Campinas - Unicamp. Fazem parte deste projeto pesquisadores e estudiosos das questões da educação superior, que também pertencem à Rede Iberoamericana.
